Ownership note
From the collection of Sir Robert R. MacIntosh, this item was transferred from C.M.A.C. with the papers of J. T. Clover (MSS.6942-6951) although its relationship with that material is uncertain. One non- contemporary note states that it was in Clover's possession; if so, the author may be Edward Lubbock (1805-47) who attended Guy's before graduating M.D. Edin., in 1826.
