Fig. 14. The 'Logan Crown' was invented by Dr M L Logan and patented in 1885. It became very popular and succeeded all other designs of similar crowns. Fig. 15. The 'Brown Crown' designed by Dr E Farmley Brown. Fig. 16. The 'Webb Crown' most likely first used by Dr M H Webb.
