About this work

Description

Injection sites of green and red fluorescent microspheres into the cortex of a hamster brain. Microspheres are used to retrogradely trace axon projections within the brain. Dual injections allow the size and scatter of individual axon arbors to be assessed in the thalamocortical projection.
