Notes

Susan Jane Vincent lives in Staines in Middlesex. She is a classics teacher in a state high school. An active Liberal Democrat interested in women's issues. Her husband lives in Germany and she also lived there for 3 years but was homesick so came back. On the plinth she will be dressed up as Athena to promote the study of classics and show that it is not an elitist subject. Will show some posters her students have made saying they like studying the classics and will also be reading out some passages from the classics.
