Fatal contact : bird flu in America.

This film imagines the first outbreak of a human to human variation of Avian flu virus, H5N1. The first cases begin in China but very quickly one American business man becomes infected and carries the virus back to the US. Little or no attention is paid to the medical side of such a pandemic; the majority of the film focuses on the devastating impact of the virus on America and adopts a sensationalist approach to say the least, playing through all the worst case scenarios to an extreme conclusion.
