Notes

Samantha Powis comes from Birmingham. She works as a barrister and is a single mother of one daughter. She lost her mother to cancer a few years back and during her mother's illness she discovered a wonderful service at a local hospice and on the plinth she will spend her hour raising awareness for her local hospices in general. Also hoping to raise some money.
