Description
Christine Harding lost her hearing completely one day in 1986. QED follows Christine as she undergoes a cochlear implant which should allow her to hear certain sounds again. She describes how difficult daily life is when completely deaf and we follow her as she has her hearing assessed at the Royal Ear Hospital in London and speaks to people who have had an implant.
