Notes

Paul Garcia comes from Suffolk but originally from London. He works for the council doing statistics. He was a maths teacher for many years and has a PhD on the life of a mathematician that he recounts in interview. He is keen on creative writing. On the plinth he is going to write a short essay about the last person to go on the plinth and will be using his laptop. He is wearing a pastel pink stripey blazer and straw hat with black rib band.
