Notes

Michael Gwyn Richards is originally at IT man from London but now lives in Bath. At the moment he is unemployed but is setting up art spaces and curating an exhibition at the end of the year for 24 emerging artists in Bath to show their work. He is going on the plinth as a character he has been developing for the last 6 months, "Captain Tea-Pot" a very classic British character, bowler hat, cricket bat with traditional values.
