Papers concerning Agenda items for the Managing Director's Committee on Development, together with related correspondence.

Although many of the papers are marked with Agenda item reference numbers, the date of the Committee Meeting is usually not noted (we may infer that the papers were originally kept with the Agendas to which they belong but have been separated). Furthermore, topics may be addressed across several Meetings, and papers shifted accordingly over time. Papers should be read in conjunction with the Committee Minutes (WF/C/E/05/13).
