Notes

Terry Hutt comes from Cambridge but is originally from Archway in London. He is here to celebrate the Queen Mother's birthday (she would be 109) and on the plinth he will be decorating it with Union Jack flags and will also highlight awareness about pensioners and their needs. He does a lot of campaigning. He is dressed head to foot in the Union Jack with flags, etc.
