Notes

Debra Green lives in Deal in Kent. She is an artist and incorporates ideas of accessibility and freedom into her project. Her husband is paralysed so she is going up to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the invention of the wheelchair. Has spray painted a wheelchair gold and is going to take this up on plinth as well as setting off a couple of helium balloons.
