Description
Photograph album kept by Sir Humphry Rolleston while at Cambridge, containing 64 photographs of individuals, groups, buildings and events. Included are a photograph of Geoffrey Ward Thompson, afterwards MD, apparently with a broken leg (16); Rolleston's study (35); 'Douty's room', probably the room of Edward Henry Douty while Demonstrator in Human Anatomy (52); a boating party with Edward Lancelot Sanderson, G Duckworth [half-brother of Virginia Stephen, afterwards Woolf] and Miss Stephen (23-24); photographs at Lancrigg, Grasmere, former home of John Richardson (1787-1865), a friend of the family.
