Some printed Annual Reports are included, which also give yearly accounts and lists of subscribers (see also set of Annual Reports RET 1/2) Rules are included with the 1798 Report; there are also printed Rules for June 1808 and June 1815 (see also Rules and Regulations RET 1/3) Also included in this volume is a list of agents for the different counties; a printed account of meetings of 28 June 1792, 25 September 1794, and 1 July 1796 relating to the setting up of the Retreat (other copies are at RET 3/1/1/1-2) and a list of subscribers; a note of the death of Hannah Mills of Leeds at York Asylum 30 April 1790; a copy of the resolution from the Governors of York Asylum 30 December 1813 thanking the Retreat for the offer of accommodation after the fire at the Asylum
