Jill Catcum is an IT project manager from London. She is going to release 60 balloons (representing each of the 60 minutes of her time standing on the plinth) with messages asking people if they find them to donate to specific charities. She has created a website which relates to her performance and where people can share the reasons behind why they picked a particular charity. 64 people have donated to 45 different charities.
