Description
The Michael Betts Report on academic pay is due to be published this week. According to scientists, Cancer research is under threat because "we haven't been paying the scientists enough". Two major charities are set to increase their pay to scientists, The Wellcome Trust, and Imperial Cancer Research Fund & The Cancer Research Campaign. This short item examines the issue.
