Notes

Fran Lapage lives in Sheffield. On the plinth she wants to raise awareness of people with learning difficulties to have a normal life and will read a speech written by her co-workers and some people she worked with who have learning difficulties. She is currently training as an occupational therapist. Used to work in fashion but wanted to do something more worthwhile.
