Description

Side A: Geoff Watts, in a series which examines the senses. In this programme he tries to answer the question, what do we understand by sight? He questions Colin Blakemore, Professor of Physiology at Oxford, Sue Adler, a professional photographer on The Observer newspaper, Bridget Riley, the artist and Lida Lopes Cardozo Kindersley, a letter-cutter. Side B: Chris Medawar, with the help of doctors and lay-people, tries to find out whether or not the drugs we take, are making us ill, and if they are, how is the problem being tackled?
