About this work

Description

HeLa cells stably expressing GRP-tagged protein phosphatase 1gamma (green), which accumulates within the nucleus and nucleoli. DNA is stained with DAPI (blue) and F-actin in the cytoskeleton is stained red. This image is a maximum-intensity projection of deconvolved 3D data sets from a restoration microscope.
