Notebook of an anonymous English commentator on the political institutions of Holland, with various other entries The political memoranda occupy the beginning of the volume (ff. 1-28); there follows a receipt against the Plague' (f. 63), a précis of `Mead's discourse concerning pestilential contagion' [first edition 1720] (ff. 64-65), a `Journal thro Flanders' (ff. 76-78), and `An account of the rise of the Helvetian Republick ` (ff. 82-83). Various addresses at f. 85v.: `Mr G Benson Prescot Street Goodmans Fields London', `Mr Tho. Mills(?) Cherry Garden Street Redriffe Southwk', `Dr Pererin.(?)
