Aide civile belge. La teinte rose indique la zone des enquêtes sanitaires, recherches, des foyers de contagion, désinfections etc. Contains a key on the form of a coloured circle with differently coloured sectors, each of which has a meaning: red, "Distribution de vêtements", yellow "Centres de dentelles", green "Distribution de lait", black "Ecoles", purple "Hôpitaux", dark blue "Ouvroirs", brown "Postes de secours et dispensaires". Each centre of population is marked with a circle with the appropriate sectors coloured in. Vaccination centres and orphanages are also marked. The area between Ypres and Poperinghe is the zone marked in pink as described in the lettering
