Nos.10-12 donated by Mr D.F. Severs of Northallerton, a descendant of William Pannell Marshall (accession number not recorded); no.31 found in a copy of J.W. Papworth and A.W. Morant's Alphabetical dictionary of coats of arms purchased from Hodgson's, London, February 1929 (acc.55914). Accession details of nos.3, 42, 47 and 50 not recorded, provenance details of nos.20-21 not recorded (acc.67430).
