Shift of emphasis.

This film looks at the direction in which the Spastic Society's work is moving both in terms of consulting and working with people with cerebral palsy, bringing about a change of attitude between the disabled and non-disabled people as part of their new five year plan and policies. It comments that the Society will have to make a 'shift in emphasis' if it is to become a society of, not for, disabled people.
