Description
Series consists of papers, correspondence, photographs and digital material related to the seminar on "Palliative Medicine in the UK, c.1970-2010", which was held at the Wellcome Trust Centre for the History of Medicine at UCL, on 28 February 2012. The seminar was part of the Wellcome Witnesses to Twentieth Century Medicine meetings also known as the Witness Seminars. The transcript of this seminar was published as Volume 45 of the Witness Seminar series, C. Overy and E.M. Tansey (editors), Palliative Medicine in the UK, c.1970-2010, (London: Wellcome Trust, 2013).

The editors of the published transcript were C. Overy and E.M. Tansey with an introduction by William Notcutt.
The meeting advisers were Ms Lois Reynolds, Professor Tilli Tansey, and Mr Adam Wilkinson.
