Alexandra Donaldson has carried out an average of 500 interviews for the One & Other project. She has been interviewed via skype call to capture her insider perspective on the project. Themes discussed are involvement in the project, technical/practical elements of the interview, personal/emotional involvement, reflecting on the process of interviewing and as a whole.
