Description
Paintings by Normal Psychology Patient 1 "Clarice" depicting a turquoise smiling face with pink paint above (on the verso) and pale blue paint daubings (on the recto). In conversation with Wellcome staff Rita Simon described the image as "Joyful".
Referenced in The Symbolism of Style, pages 40-41, figure 3.3j, where Rita Simon notes it is the final painting in the series.
The title has been taken from the caption used in Rita Simon's publication.
