Thalidomide quality of life reports

Reports and published papers: "Living with Thalidomide: health status and quality of life at 40 years" published in Prosthetics and Orthotics International in 2007; "Thalidomide survivors; a questionnaire survey on musculoskeletal abnormalities, general health, and quality of life", originally published in 1999 and printed from a website in 2010; and "A pilot study to determine the best measures of disability in Thalidomide Beneficiaries" project report prepared for Thalidomide Trust in 2001.
