Notes

Dawn Campbell-Goddard comes from Nottingham. She is a teacher and an art therapist. On the plinth she will be recreating her wedding day which took place in New York. She is wearing her wedding dress, will be playing Irish music and the song New York New York. Will also be having a wedding banquet which includes chicken coujons. For the speeches she will be talking to people and for the, toast will be giving out champagne truffles and cakes to the crowd. Will finish off by playing Irish music. Has memories of returning to New York when she nearly died in New York of a pulmonary aneurism two years later. She is still recovering and does some teaching while she recovers. Is still in touch with her Irish roots, two generations on.
