Notes

Rick Bowers comes from Doncaster. His friends call him a grumpy old man because he is basically dissatisfied with the current political situation in Britain among other things. On the plinth he will be reading a paper and dressed in a Hawaiian shirt, in a deck chair, drinking a beer because that is what he would do on a sunny Sunday afternoon in his garden. Slightly ironic its raining.
