Collection of medical and veterinary receipts: in French. Compiler's holograph MS. The first 27 ll. contain the medical receipts, ll. 27v-30 are blank, and the remainder contains the veterinary section. On the verso of l. 26 is a marginal note: 'Transcript en octobre 1664.'

The compiler's name seems to be given in the entry on 1. 26: 'Remède que le père Pariset supérieur de l'Oratoire de Rouen m'a donné pour me purger ... au commencement d'aoust 1661.' In a marginal note to this; 'Remède pour purger Mr. Thomas.'
