Regulations and Orders for the management of the Asylum, consistent with the Rules thereof for the time being, may he made by the Committee of Visitors, at any of their general or special meetings, from time to time. COMMENCEMENT OF RULES. 76. These Rules, and all amended and new Rules, shall not take effect until approved of by one of her Majesty’s principal Secretaries of State, or other person or persons hereafter to be appointed by any Act or Acts, to approve of the same. All Rules made previous to the above Rules to be rescinded, upon approval of the latter as aforesaid. WM. RATHBONE, (^airman.
