Notes

Barbara Menchaca-Aguilar was born in San Antonio in Texas but now lives in Lancashire. Has been in the UK for 8 years. On the plinth she will be wearing a bear costume while teaching road safety and the importance of wearing a helmet. She has been working with brain damage victims for over 15 years now.
