Notes

Laurence Lowe is from Hertfordshire. While on the plinth he will be responding to text, email , Twitter requests and writing signs on request. He studied interactive systems & video game design at university. He works for the county council maintaining IT systems in schools. In his spare time he likes to travel and visit friends.
