Notes

Francesca Hardy comes from Essex. She is a recent MA graduate in Screen and Media Culture and has a BA in French. On the plinth she is going to dress up as a human CCTV camera. Doesn't have particularly strong views on the issue personally, but is aware that we are the most observed nation on the planet. As a career she wants to go into academic or television research.
