About this work

Description

It is estimated that 1.4 million people in the Western world are diagnosed with diabetes and another million have it but are as yet not officially diagnosed. Given this enormous statistic, Dr. Mark Porter looks at many aspects of the disease from how it originates in and affects the body, to different ways of living with and treating it.
