Notes

Gavin Cross currently lives in Liverpool but is originally from South East London. He is going to talk about his son Tom for his hour on the plinth, who died 3 years ago aged 6. Tom had a genetic disability (SMARDI). Wants to memorialise his son. Has made a yellow tree that he will hang photos of him on, and has lots of yellow balloons he will release in his memory (yellow was his favourite colour). He used to be a drama teacher, now works for an organisation that helps people with children with disabilities.
