Letter and form templates covering subjects including staff appointments and references, patient admissions and removals, consent for treatment (Leucotomy, Antabuse Therapy, Prolonged Narcosis, Insulin Treatment, Electronarcosis and Electro Convulsive Therapy), permission for examination under anaesthetic, follow up enquiries after treatment, notification of imminent death, enquiry as to child's ability at school and responses to general enquiries. Also included are notes on social therapy which outline the type activities and tasks found to be useful at Crichton Royal Hospital.
