20 April, 1945. Agreement (signed, sealed) between The East Sussex County Council and The Wellcome Foundation Ltd, as to laying a Sewage Effluent pipe under County Road near Waterdown (Tunbridge Wells - Lamberhurst Road B.2169).

9 August, 1945. Memorandum of Agreement (signed) between Colonel E L Mackenzie and The Wellcome Foundation Ltd, for the letting and hiring of The Cottage at "The Firs", Frant, Sussex.

23 October, 1945. Deed (signed, sealed), granting right of drainage. Nevill Golf Club (TunbridgeWells) Ltd (the Grantors), and its Mortgagees, and The Wellcome Foundation Ltd (the Grantees). With plan to scale bound-in.

26 November, 1946. Agreement (signed, sealed) between The Milk Marketing Board and The Wellcome Foundation Ltd, for the establishment of temporary Artificial Insemination Centre at Ely Grange, Frant, Sussex.

12th January, 1948. Agreement for Sale, between The Wellcome Foundation Ltd (the Vendor) and the Parochial Church Council of the Parish of Frant (the Purchaser), of approximately one half acre of land in the Parish of Frant, Sussex. With plan to scale bound-in.

1 May, 1944 (two letters) and 22 December, 1947. Three letters from The Wellcome Foundation Ltd to individuals concerning Frant Rectory Garden, The Garden Cottage, and Ely Grange.
