A form of prayer and thanksgiving to almighty God; to be used in all churches and chapels throughout the kingdom of Ireland, on Thursday the fifth day of May next, being the day appointed by proclamation for a general thanksgiving to almighty God, for putting an end to the late bloody and expensive war, by the Conclusion of a just and honourable Peace. By the Special Command of Their Excellencies the Lords Justices.
