The genuine and authentic account of the murder of Daniel Clarke, shoemaker, on the 8th of February, 1744-5. Also the material part of the arraignment and tryal of Richard Houseman, Henry Terry, and Eugene Aram, for the said murder, at the assizes held at York Castle, July 28, 1759. Before the Hon. Mr. Justice Eathurst, and Mr. Justice Noel. To which is added, A succinct Account of the Behaviour of Eugene Arain, from the Time of his receiving Sentence that of his Execution; the Particular he consess's, and the Reasons he left in Writing for the horrid Attempt he made on his own Life. Containing in the whole, every circumstance and Transaction relating to the said murder, before at, and after the Perpetration thereof.
