By extending the port, increasing the legal quays, and improving the banks of the thames. Respectfully addressed to the Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's treasury, the honourable commissioners, of the customs, the corporation and principal merchants of London, and the proprietors of wharfs and warehouses on both sides of the River Thames.
