Two notes from Charles Richet to Galton regarding Galton's book Finger Prints. Letter from Richet to Galton inviting him to the IV Congres International de Psyhologie in Paris, 20-25 August 1900. Encloses information about the congress and a registration form. Annotated by Galton to indicate that he considered attending but ultimately declined.
