Small file of correspondence with Deloitte, Plender, Griffiths & Co (London EC2), concerning TRC capital, including a letter (20 October, 1941) to T R G Bennett asking what is meant by "book value". Bennett replies (23 October) that this "rather loose term" means "the proportion of the net tangible assets of the Corporation relative to the constituent Company's shareholding".
