Description
Correspondence, schedules, staff memos, draft press releases, management committee meeting minute extracts and newspaper cuttings relating to visits from Princess Margaret to the Kennedy Institute, 1967-1976. The purpose of the first visit in 1967 was to open the electron microscopy suite and tour the building. The subsequent two visits in 1970 and 1976 were private visits conducted as part of Princess Margaret’s role as patron of the Institute.
