A scrapbook containing various humorous items, from cartoons to verse and prose, many composed by Paton's professional colleagues. The pen of Carl A Dragstedt, for example, is well-represented, and there is a piece by Brown and Paton on "the toxicity of thought" entitled "Experiments on the perfused psyche in the somatectomized animal" (1953).
