On 20 July 2000 Crick chaired the Inaugural Symposium of the Dr Frederik Paulsen Chair in Neurosciences, established by the Dr Frederik Paulsen Foundation . The first chair was awarded to Dr Jean Rivier of the Salk Institute. The file includes manuscript drafts of Crick's remarks.
