Lymphoepithelial cyst This is a medium power view of a section of parotid gland from an HIV-positive person with a lymphoepithelial cyst. It shows hyperplastic epithelial lining of the cyst and infiltration by B lymphocytes. It is caused by dilatation of the salivary ductules. H&E stain.
