4 April, 1913. Copy letter extract, William Cooper & Nephews to Messrs Castro & Cruz, of Ceara, Brazil, granting them "the Agency for our Carrapaticida for the three States of Ceara, Rio Grande do Norte and Piauhy in Brazil."

16 April, 1913. Signed Memorandum of Agreement between William Cooper & Nephews and Lahusen & Co, of Puerto Madryn, referring to the supply of Cooper's Sheep Dipping Powder.

30 July, 1913. Copy letter from William Cooper & Nephews to The Falkland Islands Co, Port Stanley, confirming an arrangement concerning Cooper's products. With copy letter extract (16 August, 1913) referring to increased sales.

1 October, 1913. Signed copy Agreement with Mr A C Wands, of Punta Arenas, appointing him as a travelling representative in several South American territories.

13 November, 1914. Fire Insurance Policy (Lloyds) in respect of Cooper's goods stored at Punta Arenas and Gallegos. Sum: £2,000.
