Description

Transmission electron micrograph showing 2 cells. the upper cell shows part of a nucleus and the lower one shows smooth endoplasmic reticulum and secretory granules. This sample has been prepared as an ultra thin cryo section providing excellent structural integrity and a softer appearence than more conventional preparation methods.
