Case-book

Ärztliche Vormerkungen 1836 [ -1842]. Author's holograph case-book with notes, etc. mainly in Latin. The author's signature is found on the first leaf. The case-book covers the period from 9/1/1836 to 31/3/1842, and among the patients named are many from artistic and literary circles. They include the painters, Karl Rahl [1812-1865] (entry for 16/5/1839); Moritz von Schwind [1864-1871] (entry for 21/9/1837) and Franz Winterhalter [1805-1873] (entry for 22/10/1838); the singer Franz Mayrhoffer [1816-62] (entry for 16/3/1836), and the poet Franz Grillparzer [1791-1872] (entry for 24/9/1837). Produced in Vienna.
